Despite the Covid and the lack of interest from Design and Construction companies to provide quotes due to serious backlog projects to work through, we decided to self manage the project. We needed contractors that were professional, patient to our inexperience and willing to work with us throughout the project, mindful of Covid protocol measures.
A major part of the reno's was painting throughout the eight story building. We asked for quotes and chose Duffy Zorn Painting Inc. and were so glad we did. They set up schedules that they adhered to, were flexible regarding minor changes, their employe's very were conscientious and their quality of work was excellent. Also Ryan Zorn was at the site on a regular basis and very helpful throughout the entire project.

We bought our dream home in April 2020. Room to room the walls and kitchen cupboards were yellow and dated. We lived with it for the summer but knew we had to update it and it was going to be a big undertaking. Ryan and his crew were the guys for the job and they did an outstanding job! Each day they arrived on time, got to work and slowly yellow became Swiss Coffee in the kitchen area and Repose Gray throughout the rest of the house. Ryan is a very knowledgeable and personable leader of the crew and checked in daily on the progress of this 2 1/2 week project. Would highly recommend Ryan, if you want a professional!
